How far ahead should I order?

Send your request as soon as you know the date and approximate guest count. Ask us to confirm availability and the ordering deadline for your event; no fixed advance-order deadline is listed here. A catering request is not a confirmed order.

Can I choose pickup or delivery?

Yes. Choose pickup or delivery in your catering request. For delivery, include the event address and city so we can confirm service for that address and any applicable charges.

Can I email my order?

Yes. Email catering@618cater.com with your event date, guest count, preferred store, food choices and pickup or delivery details. We'll enter it for you and follow up with options and a price.

Can I order from two stores for the same event?

Yes. Orders from two stores for the same event are entered as separate store orders. Include both stores and the food you want from each in your request or email, and ask us to confirm the arrangements.
